NYSERDA strongly encourages you to fill out the brief form below. Once complete, it will be considered your Letter of Intent. A Letter of Intent is not mandatory, but it can help you know whether or not your full proposal submission will meet the solicitation requirements.
When should I fill out the form?
As soon as possible. It must be complete and submitted no later than three weeks prior to the solicitation due date if you would like NYSERDA’s feedback about the eligibility of your solution.
If I receive negative feedback about my Letter of Intent submission, can I still submit a full proposal?
Yes.
If my solution as described in this Letter of Intent meets the minimum
requirements, do I still need to submit a full proposal?
Yes. If the solution is deemed to meet minimum requirements, it is not an indication of your planned proposal’s responsiveness to the solicitation or its merit, which will be determined upon review of the full proposal.
Once I submit the form, then what?
You will receive confirmation and a tracking number on your screen to print or save. You can expect NYSERDA to respond to you within five business days.
